ParentPay - Leading Cashless Payment System for Schools

1  All payments will be expected to be made online via your child’s ParentPay account. 

2  Students will be using the finger scanner to make payment for meals – Unless they do not have permission in which they will be given a 4 digit PIN.

Any amount of money can be paid into a student’s account, and any money spent on food and drink will be deducted on a daily basis.  If your child receives free school meals their account will be deducted in the same way.  A daily ‘spend limit’ of £5.00 will be programmed into the system.  This can be increased or decreased for an individual student by making a written request to the Academy finance office.
